Under the Graveyard – Ozzy Osbourne
In Ozzy Osbourne’s new video clip ‘Under The Graveyard’ it shows him in the past of hitting the booze, snorting lines of cocaine and partying with women. Along with it the come down and fall to addiction. It’s the first single to the forthcoming album Ordinary Man.
The semi-autobiographical clip is directed by Jonas Akerlund and features Jack Kilmer as a young Ozzy. Recreating a time back in 1979 when Ozzy snuck away to a West Hollywood Hotel where he indulged in sex, drugs and booze. When he hits rock bottom, Sharon Osbourne (played by Jessica Barden) shows up to help him get off drugs and booze with going cold turkey assisted with cuddles, showers and baths.
In a statement about the clip, Ozzy says “But, to be quite honest, it’s hard for me to watch because it takes me back to some of the darkest times in my life. Thankfully Sharon was there to pick me up and believe in me. It was the first time she was there to fully support me and build me back up, but it certainly wasn’t the last.”
