Refund policy

We want you to love your merch! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with exchanges if you need a different size or item. You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We highly encourage you to check product details carefully before ordering, as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or purchase the wrong item.  

How to exchange:  

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging 
  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.  
  • Email us at: team@officialmerchandisestore.com to request an exchange. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.  
  • Please don’t send items back without approval—we won’t be able to process them.  

Damaged or incorrect items:  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. Please let us know right away by emailing us at: team@officialmerchandisestore.com - we’ll sort it out for you!  

Non-returnable items:  

Some items can’t be returned, including:  

  • Sale items    
  • Gift cards
