Shipping policy
We will do our best to deliver the products to you at the place and at the time indicated by you when placing the order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date but to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages or expenses arising out of late delivery. You acknowledge that some orders may be shipped from locations outside Australia and as a result the delivery time might be slightly longer than what is usually expected for domestic shipments.
You may choose to grant us an ‘authority to leave’ when placing your order. If you do, you agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the order unattended on or near your property. In these circumstances, you agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are not liable for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.
You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not able to the couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on re-delivery or collection. If delivery or collection is delayed then we may charge you storage fees and other reasonable costs incurred by us, or we may cancel the order and refund any money paid to us, less our reasonable costs incurred.
If it is not possible for us to deliver to certain locations, then we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We may terminate a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
If you wish to cancel your order promptly after it has been placed, please contact us. No cancellation fees will apply. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide specific information about the faulty good.
If we confirm that the product is indeed faulty we will replace the product or refund the price to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
A defective product due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions is not refundable.
Shipping Information
All orders are fulfilled between 2 to 5 days. Many of our products have flat shipping.
Shipping times:
- Standard AUS [LOCAL FREE SHIPPING]: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
- Expedited AUS: 3 to 5 business days (but historically ships between 2 to 3 business days)
- Overnight AUS: 1 to 2 business days

- Standard International [INTL FREE SHIPPING] can take up to 21 business days*
- Expedited International can take up to 10 business days*
*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be “stuck” at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

How do shipping costs work?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on your location and the shipping method you select at the time of placing the order.
We ship from both Sydney and Melbourne, if multiple items are selected that originate from both locations this will incurr multiple shipping charges.
Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Yes, we offer tracking for all of our products. Your tracking number will be updated in your order confirmation email.
