AC/DC to release children's book

Let there be read! Rock legends AC/DC are set to release a children's book entitled: The AC/DC AB/CD High-Voltage Alphabet". It's set to be released on Friday 11th November.

The AC/DC chidren's book is aimed at pre-schoolers and is produced and designed by Paul McNeil. It's another book in the series by Love Police which issued books such as "M is for Metal" and "Never Mind Your Ps and Qs: Here's The Punk Alphabet".

In a statement by Love Police's Brian Taranto he said "What an honour it is to work on this book. To have had a connection to Angus Young for the real-deal stuff makes it even more wild and special. Yeah, it's a kids book, but any AC/DC or music fan will find something on every page. The Mayor has done a sweet and rockin' job. We are looking forward to educating another generation of rock and rollers."

The book features “A is for Angus. Who thinks it’s good luck, to wear a school uniform, and walk like a duck,”. Featuring a cartoon caricature of the legendary guitarist. Moving onto the letter C, it reads "C is for Cliff, who plays on the bass, likes only 4 notes and has a nice face.”

For fans of books for older people, Brian Johnson's autobiography is set for release next week. The book is entitled "The Lives of Brian". Johnson tweeted about the book saying "I’ve had some long nights and some great nights, bad days and a lot of good ones. I’ve gone from choirboy to rock ‘n’ roll singer, and now I’ve gone and written a bloody book about it.”
